Effective the 2015 season, the Lynwood Centennials SC shall enforce player registration through the Club website (www.lynwoodsc.ca).

All players shall register their personal information on the website and agree to the conditions for Club membership in order to be registered to a Club team. 

Any player who does not register on the Club website or who provides inadequate, false or misleading information shall not be registered to a Club team through the OSA registration system.  It is the player's obligation to update the Club registrar of any change in information, such as an address change.
